Neal & Wolf – Sculpting Form Lotion

As a big hair lover, I really struggle with hold. Since all my recent colouring I’ve found that my hair doesn’t hold a style as long as before and even with the smallest of product falls flat easily.  I often find products that offer hold can weigh the hair down or leave it looking dull and feeling crispy. After a chat with Neal & Wolf they recommended I tried the sculpting form lotion.*

Cased in a pretty shimmering off cream plastic bottle.
Form has been designed to help shape and hold the look you want with added benefit of head-turning texture and stunning shine.
Offering light to medium hold, FORM allows you to style while caring for your hair. It also retains moisture and prevents sun damage with UV protection.
The scent is fresh with a hint of floral. It smells amazing and the scent lingers in your hair till the next wash.
You only need the smallest amount, for my long hair I need less than a 10p sized squirt. Once applied evenly through the hair I then blowdry and style as normal.  I wouldn’t say it really gave me much added volume but it did help to hold my style without that crisp feeling. My hair was shiny and had a lot of movement and body.
My hair is prone to frizz and when curled the ends can look a bit frazzled. Yet this left my hair looking sleek, not at all lank and smooth from root to tip. This would also be an amazing product for those with naturally curly hair, who want defined curls without any frizz!

The next morning my hair felt a little dry but still not crispy. The style had held well but due to the hold in the product it did feel slightly knotty so maybe best saved for nights out when you want polished hair and hold.
The only thing I would say is it is really easy to use too much product as there isn’t much in the way of instructions. Other than that it is a fab product and definitely made a difference to my hair. My hair looks healthier and actually keeps its style when using it. You can get your own here.

Have you tried any Neal & Wolf products? What products do you recommend for getting your style to hold? Which hair products are you loving lately.

Lots of Love,
