Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick in Native

This is described as a pale pink this is a must have shade for any pink lipstick lover. It is a light pink with a warm undertone. It is lightweight and a creamy formula, which leaves a slight sheen to the lip. As I have said before I really suffer with dry lips and this is one of my favourite formulas of lipstick as its not at all drying instead it is really moistursing to the lips.

What it is:
A luxury lipstick that delivers intense color payoff plus creamy shine.

What it does:
Revolution Lipstick is rich, buttery lipstick at its best—with the signature Urban Decay pigment-rich color you crave. Addictive to apply (and even more addictive to wear), Revolution Lipstick glides on without dragging or skipping and hugs every curve. Just one swipe gives you a big, gorgeous lay down of color. And with shades that range from gorgeous nudes to bold brights, there’s something for everyone.

What it is formulated WITHOUT:
– Parabens
– Sulfates
– Phthalates

What else you need to know:
Urban Decay’s Pigment Dispersion System™ gives Revolution Lipstick its super creamy texture, intense pigmentation, superior color dispersion, and extended wear. Maxi-Lip™ defines and hydrates lips while making them look plumper and fuller. And a nourishing blend of jojoba oil, avocado oil, cocoa butter and shea butter keeps lips super moisturized and cushiony soft. The luxe, custom-designed gunmetal tube (lined in Urban Decay’s signature dark purple) looks so gorgeous, you’ll want to keep pulling it out of your bag.

Suggested Usage:
-Use with 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil, available in a range of shades specifically designed to coordinate with Revolution Lipstick.
-First, line your lips, or, better yet, fill them in completely. 24/7 Glide-On Lip Pencil actually primes your lips for Revolution Lipstick by grabbing onto the color to help it last.

Its a really beautiful shade it is a really pale and almost a pastel pink. Yet it is really pigmented and gives an opaque look with one swipe. However not as long wearing as Nude which is the same formula, Which you can read the review for here. It settles into your lines and where the shade is so much lighter. I think it is more apparent where the lipstick has worn off, where as were naked is more natural it is harder to tell, where it has faded or rubbed off.

It reminds me of MAC’s Angel with a slightly bolder pink tone and a more opaque finish. This Urban Decay Revolution Lipstick shade and others are available here from Debenhams. Have you tired this shade? Do you like this pale pink colour? Which Lipstick have you been wearing lately?

Lots of Love,
Laura x
